The key to happiness when life takes you

While driving my husband to work today, said: "Today was a good day. I want to be able to get excited about the good things are happening to me. But I also feel good no matter what my external circumstances may be. "

It's easy to feel good when we're on the crest of the good news. And "when you fall in depression and happiness, the choice becomes difficult.

The Law of Rhythm states that there are natural cycles in which we live as part of our earthly experience. This includes all aspects of our lives: body, mind, emotions and spirit, etc.

The key to living and loving on all sides and corners of this law is gratitude! It is so important, if we choose to be happy, learn to live with gratitude and the top and corners of the great adventure of life.

Let's walk through life on tiptoes, afraid to experience something painful. We live in fear of failure, malaise, low in our lives, however, theseSometimes we find a lower appreciation what we have lost during the good, the high points of our lives. Gratitude for the simple little things: a sunset, a painting, an ice cream on a hot day, the smell clean and fresh after the summer storm, sticky kisses children, a friendly smile, a plate of cookies for a neighbor.

And "confident that in good times is easy to be happy and upbeat. How easy it is to forget to thank for the hightides of our lives? We still have time to appreciate the little things? I hope so!

What free time? What can we do to get out of the routine? How can we move faster so easily enjoy the good times? The answer is the same: GRATEFUL!

When we learn to practice gratitude of all the ups and downs every day find peace and understanding. We will learn to flow with the rhythm of life without kicking against the pricks.

My twins were about15 months when our family took a vacation to Disney World with a group of friends. I wanted to enjoy the journey, but with two active children, I found myself trapped in the hotel room while older children went with Dad and friends.

One night, reluctantly agreed to have dinner at a fancy restaurant in the park. 6 to keep our kids under control, this cutting, spreading, spreading and dividing portions noticed a very pungent odor. I was not going to come from food.So I go with a baby in each arm, away from the dinner of roast beef and shrimp. When you finally reach the double stroller to fight the way through the maze of traffic in the center on foot. Finally, after trying both eyes full of tears to find the bathroom. I almost did! I enjoy this "once in a lifetime experience," but how I can? I'm in Disney World and are miserable! So I looked inside myself and tried the principles I was taught and I realized that I neededbe grateful for what I have. So I started with the basics. "I am grateful for the cleaning of disposable diapers! And paper towels! And hot water! And plastic bags containing all the clothes and the washer and dryer Poopy later, I'm very grateful to have a car to help contain these two children healthy and happy. I have also a family that love you! "Oh, I can tell, the change that took place when I began to recognize the blessings? I went from 0100 in the blink of a thought.

Leaving the bathroom I found to my surprise, fun and energetic music. My family was there in the square where they held a dance contest and my husband just choose one of three competitors. The music was booming through his veins like the bumps and my family and I bounced and turned and laughed together. We finished the best time of our lives!

What do you do when you're mired in alow? Just look for all the blessings, all the things you can be grateful, and take you through any challenge you can find!
