Give your child Flax - The Facts of linen for children, children and the whole family

Baked goods with added ground flaxseed to your cookies and teething biscuits extra boost nutrition too! Try flax or linseed ground beef patties baby cereal too!
Flaxseed oil can be added to yogurt, oatmeal, and anything else you want to add to!

"I can use flaxseed oil as a substitute for other oils in cooking?

Can not cook with flaxseed oil as it does in OlivaOil! Flaxseed oil is burned and go rancid when heated.

How I can save the linen?

Linen must be stored properly, as it is very delicate. If you use flax oil or ground flax, clothing store in the refrigerator! Flax can go rancid very quickly and then it is unhealthy to eat! Whole flax seeds are not as delicate and can be stored for up to two years in a cool dry sealed container.
