Don't expect miracles for your double umbrella stroller but...I use this on my Maclaren Twin Techno and it's great for easy access to frequently used items like hand sanitizer, wipes, wallet, phone or a spit up cloth. I also use the smaller pocket for my drink and the small "drink" pocket works with narrow bottles. I also hang my Skip Hop Double Duo Diaper Bag off my handles to hold clothes, diapers, snacks, formula, etc. It just folds up right with my stroller. I'm now ready to buy the single stroller version for my son's Maclaren Quest. SOO MUCH better than the Maclaren stroller bag.

I got this to use on our combi twin sport stroller - my twins are 4 months old and I am always lugging an unnecessary diaper bag on our walks.
My first impression was that it was awful small and did not go the whole length of the stroller. It also looked cheap and I thought, "Why did I spend 20 bucks on this."
However, it does hold my basic needs. One large zipper pocket for a onesie, diapers, wipes, and disposable bags, another zipper pocket to hold the tube of desitin. A small pocket for my cell phone and a zipper pocket to hold my keys. The bottle holders are useless as this thing can't take much weight. I keep my daughter's sun hat in one and my son's hat in the other. A netted pocket for a burp cloth on hand, and another for pacifiers. The two clips hold one of my son's toys and one of my daughter's. There is no way the clips are strong enough to hold bags of any weight - I have the "mommy hook" to do that. Luckily, my stroller also has pockets on the back of the seats to hold a changing pad. And the basket underneath lugs blankets.
The organizer attaches well to the stroller at the top sides, but the velcro strap in the middle is awkward to attach to the combi sport stroller, which is unfortunate because that is what keeps it from sliding around. The best place to attach it would be the plastic carrying strap slot, but then you wouldn't be able to attach the carrying strap.
Also, you can still fold the stroller up with this attached, as long as you don't have anything unbendable in the middle pocket.

This was the only organizer I found that would work with my stroller and I assumed based on the other reviews that I would be disappointed with this product because it has no structure to keep it stretched out across the back of the stroller. I was shocked when I put it on and attached it to the sides of the handlebar and all of my stuff ( 20 oz. klean kanteen water bottle, keys, phone, heavy dog leash, etc) fit and the organizer stayed taut across the back. What a pleasant surprise. It has so many great pockets, great product.
